**The Opportunity**

This role reports to the Production Supervisor. Its primary purpose is to operate band knife cutting machines to cut foam according to specifications, which is an integral part of our manufacturing process.

As well as, but not limited to:

- Ensure the accuracy of cuts and the quality of finished products
- Troubleshoot and address any issues with the equipment to minimise downtime
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Always follow safety guidelines and report any risks immediately
- Manual Handling - up to 25Kgs

**About you**

The successful applicant will have proven experience as a Band Knife Operator or in a similar role. As well as:

- Physically fit and capable of lifting to 25gs
- Good time management skills and a solid attendance record
- Proficiency in operating band knife cutting machines and related equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet production goals
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols in a manufacturing setting
