**About the Role**:
We're seeking a **motivated, energetic, and capable Personal & Executive Assistant** to work directly with our Managing Director. If you're someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves connecting with people, and can break down complex ideas into actionable steps—this role is for you.

This is not a passive support role. You'll be central to the operations of a fast-paced company, with exposure to high-level decision-making and direct involvement across multiple departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level executive support to the Managing Director, including managing schedules, correspondence, and task lists
- Deconstruct complicated strategies into manageable, trackable action plans
- Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders to keep projects moving
- Coordinate with departments (sales, operations, compliance, marketing) to gather timely updates and information
- Prepare documents, reports, and internal memos as required
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Keep the MD organised, focused, and ready to tackle each day

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Previous experience** as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior management
- Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence without authority
- Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented
- A natural problem-solver who can prioritise tasks under pressure
- Tech-savvy and confident in using tools like Microsoft Office, Teams, and project trackers
- **Bustling with energy, positivity, and a can-do attitude** - someone who gets things done
- Able to take initiative, work independently, and think a few steps ahead

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Business management: 2 years (required)
- stakeholder management: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
