Derrimut Nutrition Bar Brand Development Manager

**The Role**:
Derrimut Nutrition Bar is currently seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and motivated Brand Manager to join our team. The Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and promoting our brand, ensuring it resonates with our target audience, driving growth through effective marketing and brand development strategies.

Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Perform regular market research studies to gather important brand data within the nutrition, health, and fitness industries
- Maintain contact with vendors and distributors to get critical input on how product design and implementation can be improved
- Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, clients, partnerships, or new products and services for Derrimut Nutrition Bar
- Developing strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and current clients, gauging their needs, and developing proposals to address these needs
- Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and stay up to date with new trends
- Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry, and positioning
- Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure that the requirements are met
- Develop custom brand management plans for Derrimut Nutrition Bar and submit updated summaries on brand exposure to management each month
- Examines all ideas from Senior Management - Director, CEO and National Brand Manager and ensures they have potential, evaluates, delegates to see the job finished
- Design and implement a strategy business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence

To be eligible for this position you must have:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in hospitality and/or hospitality management
- Proven experience in brand management or development, preferably in the food or nutrition industry
- Creative thinker with a passion for branding and marketing, while possessing data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
