ALEX FRASER: Project Manager - Derrimut, Victoria

We are currently recruiting for an energetic Project Manager to join our team based in Derrimut, Victoria, supporting a diverse range of projects.

In your new role, you will be:

  • Leading continuous improvement projects with a strong focus on sustainability-specifically within Recycling, Asphalt, and other environmental initiatives.
  • Building strong and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Clarifying and negotiating project goals in line with stakeholder requirements.
  • Developing and executing project work plans, adapting to changes as necessary.
  • Managing project budgets and analyzing associated costs.
  • Providing regular status reports and troubleshooting potential issues.
  • Closing out projects with thorough evaluations and final documentation.

This role is a great fit for you if you:

  • Have a solid project management background with a relevant Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Bring broad technical knowledge in sustainability, construction, supply chain and/or industrial engineering.
  • Are experienced in building and managing stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Are proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
