Reporting into the Head of Service Delivery this international healthcare provider is looking for an IT asset administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
With a significant transformation being undertaken there is an opportunity to develop within this role and to initiate new processes and procedures within the division.
You will be responsible for:

- Coordination of IT purchases and assisting in contract management activities
- Tracking of assets and maintenance of asset registers
- Oversight of cost allocation and regular audits of hardware/software licences
- Support technology vendor managers through attendance at vendor meetings
- Provide support to technology governance activities
- Attendance and minutes at Change Advisory Board meetings

You will have:

- Previous experience working with IT budgets, contracts and assets including software, hardware, telecommunications and consultancy services
- Experience in licence management
- Knowledge and awareness of information management and technology functions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
