We are now looking to onboard an experienced Group Operations Manager. You will work closely with the CEO and together with business unit management, share responsibility for ensuring we are meeting the high quality and safety standards our customers and stakeholders expect from us.

**Duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Work closely with the heads of Safety and Technical to deliver outcomes acceptable to our customers. This will include ISO certification and monitoring of various customer driven KPI expectations.
- Reinforcement of company Safety Management System at an operational level, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and continuous improvement thereof
- Review all operational requirements as per our contractual obligations and ensure these are performed by the business units.
- Work closely with our external safety advisors to maintain compliance.
- Oversee the marine operations of the group, ensuring the efficient and effective execution of key projects and processes
- Build and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional development
- Establish and enforce compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards.

**Required Qualifications and Training**
- A minimum of ten years' experience in Marine industry in a similar or related role.
- A strong understanding of Critical Risk Management frameworks, preferably with a track record of dealing with large corporates.
- A strong understanding of appropriate capital management strategies and sound floating plant maintenance practices.
- Formal marine qualification and management experience required.
- Good understanding of business management (people and process)
- Proven ability to lead, direct and deliver results within agreed time frames
