Innovation Analyst

Our opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an Innovation Analyst to join our Sydney or Melbourne Team. You will play an essential role in ensuring Mirvac continues to be best-in-class for innovation delivery and capability building, with a focus on measurement, reporting and data analysis. Capture, analyse and share key trends and inflection points that impact Mirvac’s business now and, in the future.

**Your responsibilities are but not limited to**:
Set the benchmark for innovation reporting within the property industry.
Capture and report key innovation metrics that measures the innovation output of Mirvac, including the development and ongoing reporting of an innovation impact framework for Mirvac.
Capture, analyse and share key trends and inflection points that impact Mirvac’s business now and, in the future, - including within the residential, construction, retail, office and built to rent sectors, including general and technology trends. Develop holistic trend themes and project-specific trends as needed. Seek out trends in the market, identify new trend opportunities, and create visually impactful reports for multiple stakeholders at Mirvac.
Work with key stakeholders across Mirvac to align key trends to strategy. Prepare and deliver the Mirvac Innovation & Trends Forum with the GGMI.
Work collaboratively with the GGMI and key internal stakeholders to design and embed innovation KPI’s to empower all employees to innovate.
Assist Innovation Managers with innovation projects, including desktop research, scan and experiment data analysis.
Continuously monitor and report on best innovation practices across the world. Ensuring Mirvac is leading the way in best practice innovation process and methodology.
Represent innovation internally and externally at training and events to present innovation strategy and act as a conduit for interest in the function, such as at Mirvac inductions.
Provide expert technical innovation advice across the Group to support the delivery of innovation goals.
Deliver innovation training to teams across Mirvac.

Your point of difference

Appropriate tertiary qualifications and moderate experience in the property sector or innovation team.
Experience in design thinking methodology and Ideally worked within a corporate innovation team or accelerator.
Strong analytical skills, demonstrate an understanding of innovation practice within a corporate environment and proactive engagement to listen and deliver on needs in a way that is valued by the receiver.
