Our client, a pioneering leader in their industry, is seeking a talented IAM Analyst to join their dynamic team. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, our client is dedicated to revolutionizing identity and access management (IAM) practices to ensure the highest standards of security for their digital assets.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Identity Lifecycle Management**: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of user identities, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access recertification, to maintain a secure and efficient IAM environment.
- **Access Control Management**: Implement and maintain access control policies, role-based access controls (RBAC), and privilege management solutions to enforce least privilege access and mitigate security risks.
- **IAM System Administration**: Administer IAM platforms and tools, such as Active Directory, Azure AD, or similar, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
- **Incident Response and Investigation**: Investigate and respond to access-related incidents, anomalies, and user access requests, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain operational continuity.
- **Policy Compliance**: Monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and security standards related to IAM, conducting audits and assessments as needed to ensure adherence to best practices.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM processes, procedures, and configurations, and generate regular reports on IAM performance, security posture, and compliance metrics.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in identity and access management (IAM) operations, administration, or analysis.
- Familiarity with IAM technologies and platforms, such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, or similar solutions.
- Understanding of access control principles, authentication mechanisms, and security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot IAM-related issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
