- Work with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate business requirements
- Translate requirements into functional, non-functional, and transition specifications using standardized Business Analysis concepts
- Document requirements using tools such as Jira and Confluence2

Stakeholder Engagement

- Function as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment
- Partner with stakeholders to plan and prioritize product backlogs based on value delivery
- Lead discovery workshops to assess customer experience, requirements, and solution feasibility

Solution Design

- Analyze complex business scenarios and design solutions that align with business objectives
- Create roadmaps and business proposals based on gathered insights and market research
- Formulate and present solutions to internal and external stakeholders
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Collaborate with other Business Analysts and Scrum Masters to ensure consistent ways of working across teams
- Refine and manage backlogs in discussion with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the product vision

Testing and Quality Assurance

- Support the development team with requirement clarifications and routine issue resolutions
- Assist in functional and non-functional testing to ensure deliverables meet business objectives

Mentorship and Organizational Contribution

- Mentor junior Business Analysts and team members to enhance their capabilities
- Assist in practice and organization-level initiatives, including sales opportunities and process improvements

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

Technical and Analytical Skills

- Strong ability to demystify complex business scenarios into understandable requirements
- Proficiency in requirement engineering and solution design within an agile environment
- Sound understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Expertise in collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence
- Ability to assess risks and ensure that developed features align with business goals

Business Acumen

- Proven experience in Banking and Financial Services, with a focus on digital products such as mobile and internet banking
- Strong understanding of planning, governance, and monitoring of Business Analysis activities
- Ability to perform market research to identify business advantages and solutions

Communication and Stakeholder Management

- Excellent oral and written communication skills to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders
- Confidence in facilitating workshops, presenting solutions, and managing stakeholder expectations

Leadership and Collaboration

- Experienced in collaborating with global and remote teams
- Proactive in mentoring and guiding team members to achieve organizational objectives

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in Business Analysis, with a proven record of executing relevant activities
