Known for their work hard play hard culture and heavy team-oriented mentality, they boast a fantastic company culture with very little staff turnover. **POSITION** Reporting to the Warranty Manager, you will provide warranty support to both internal and external customers while leading continuous improvements to the warranty administration systems to impact more effective claim processing. **Responsibilities**: - Manage warranty claims from dealers and operators in a timely manner - Identify improvements to ensure claims comply & are processed in line with current policies & procedures - Provide front-line technical support for the resolution of warranty claims - Investigate warranty issues and co-ordinate repair works as required - Provide warranty claim detail reports to QA manager - Daily interaction with customers in a friendly, courteous, efficient, and professional manner - Follow up promptly on all customer requests for information regarding warranty eligibility - Proactively communicate with customers about any expected delays or issues with their claims - Document record of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using provided digital tools - Arrange for warranty related repair works to be coordinated and booked with Production Manager - Entering warranty claims in database system verifying and double-checking accuracy of information - Submitting requests to the QA manager for product updates required and following through to closure - Providing warranty support to cross functional departments including QA, workshop, stores and sales staff - Assisting with QA projects as required - Communicate warranty transport requirements to Logistics Manager **BENEFITS** Some of the huge benefits for this role are: - Salary Package with up to **$80K + Super** depending upon experience - Best industry knowledge at your fingertips from your mentors & managers - Multi-stated business with career progression opportunities to advance - Existing networks of clients to leverage off **EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below experience: - Proven track record of Warranty Administrator experience in either the Mining, Construction, Capital Equipment, Earthmoving, Automotive Parts or Trade Industries - Ability to work engage key stakeholders and clients in a professional manner - A technical mindset and ability to "think outside the box" You will be someone who is motivated, tenacious, passionate, driven and hungry to pave a long term successful career with a top industry leader.
