**The Opportunity**:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced **Workshop Supervisor** to join the Service Department based at our Wacol Branch. This is a permanent full time opportunity which will see you supervise the operations of all repairs, maintenance and overhauls of mobile equipment and their components.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supervise all Technicians and apprentices to ensure service levels are maintained
- Coordinate and oversee all works and liaise with customers
- Monitor all field campaigns and warranty work
- Effectively communicate and delegate as required, all job tasks, including accurate recording of customer requests and order numbers
- Liaise with Branch Administrators on completion of works for customer invoicing
- Maintain customer communications for job progress, variations in works required, completion dates

**Salary**:Competitive remuneration & vehicle allowance

**Roster**:Monday - Friday

**Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Prior experience in a similar role within a Service Department (mobile/earthmoving equipment)
- Proven experience leading and mentoring a team
- Strong technical knowledge across the Komatsu fleet
- Excellent computer skills using Microsoft products i.e. word, excel & outlook
