A well-reputed company is seeking an enthusiastic casual Customer Service Officer to join their team

**Your new company**
This company a history of over 100 years of supplying to the Australian construction industry. Due to increased demand they are seeking Customer Service Operators to join their Northern Suburbs Contact Centre Team.

**Your new role**
You will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from customers to discuss their ordering needs, answer questions about the product along with other enquiries and perform other office administrational tasks such as invoice processing and data entry as needed.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will require the following skills and attributes to be successful in this role.
- Previous experience working in a contact centre or a customer service role
- Experience within the building or construction industry within customer service is highly desired
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated the ability to multitask and handle a challenging role
- Demonstrated the ability to work in a team while also being able to work autonomously
- Flexibility across shift start and finish times.
- Please note to be considered for this role you must be Double Vaccinated
