About the Role

We are looking for a People Services Coordinator, to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. People Services is a busy function at the heart of our broader People & Performance (HR) team, responsible for providing exceptional HR administration support to employees and managers. You will be the first point of contact for a wide range of HR requests and enquiries utilising your excellent customer service skills, curiosity, and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities
- Complete daily HR administration processing including preparing employment contracts, letters, and other employee documentation
- Answer a broad range of HR queries from managers and employees in a timely manner
- Ensure employee records are complete and up to date including regular follow-ups
- Develop a broad understanding of HR policies and procedures, enabling you to respond to queries in an appropriate manner
- Provide high-quality customer service and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

About You
- Have previous administration or customer service experience.
- Systems savvy, with the ability to pick up new processes easily. Exposure to Workday or similar will be highly favourable.
- A great communicator, both written and verbal. You're comfortable liaising with people at all levels.
- Able to think on your feet to find solutions.
- A stickler for detail, always demonstrating critical thinking.
- Curious to learn and build your knowledge in HR.
- Previous experience within People & Performance/Human Resources will be advantageous.
