**Position Summary - People & Culture Coordinator**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process in conjunction with the broader People & Culture Team.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and off-boarding.
- Compile HR metric reports and participate in key People & Culture projects when required.
- Ensure compliance with relevant R.M.W. Policies & Procedures, Awards, Enterprise Agreements, NES and legislation.
- Where required conduct formal investigations and support with disciplinary meetings across the teams.
- Management and maintenance of HRIS.
- Contribute to streamlining of People & Culture processes and continuous improvement.
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
- 2 years + experience in People & Culture Team.
- Currently studying or have completed Tertiary qualifications within Human Resources.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationship management skills.
