**Client Payments Specialist**

You are supporting a Global organisation and this role is vital to support various teams in their payment services area.

This role is responsible for completing various client payments service support tasks, including renewals, accounts, payment allocations and partner engagement.

**What the day will look like**
- Reducing days outstanding for debtors across different business units of Aon
- Allocating payments and ensuring the correct processes are followed including communication with stakeholders were necessary
- Renewing and growing Premium Funding sales in all Aon Australia segments
- Helping to develop relationships with key client managers across our business to support their drive to sell Premium Funding and provide great service to clients
- Contributing to overall Client Payment objectives and growth in other segments and markets as opportunities arise
- Developing relationships with colleagues & funders to ensure client needs are met
- Effectively responding to all queries, concerns, and issues from brokers and funders surrounding client issues, defaults, and cancellations
- Ensuring all contracts are processed efficiently and accurately and that all incoming funds are allocated accurately
- Identifying process improvement opportunities
