**Your new role**
In this role, you will help deliver the forms automation and digital channel vision consistent with Fund and Member Experience digital-first business strategy. This will help ensure the assigned digital channels is a leader in the superannuation industry for digital self-service. Evolve and update a rolling 12-month channel feature plan that balances Fund product and service, channel feature and product lifecycle needs based on providing features that channel users value - this includes backlog grooming items.

As an accomplished Product Owner, you will act as an ambassador for the channel internally and externally, and as the primary contact for queries related to the channel changes in particular related to forms automation and member portal. You will also assist in the creation of content for direct communication to members, external presentations and website production supporting the effective promotion and use of the relevant digital channels. The successful applicant will undertake and support a business acceptance process that tests continued operation of key channel features and work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful channel releases.

**What you’ll need**
- At least 5 years’ experience in the delivery of a wide range of digital products within an agile delivery framework
- Strong communication and influencing skills; well-developed presentation skills
- Demonstrated successful delivery of digital products to market for B2C large scale markets (1M plus customers)
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and research skills, with a strong attention to detail and consideration of business impact
- Strong working understanding of digital content management, AI/chatbots, identity and data privacy, messaging and digital advice tools and their role in creating leading digital portal experiences
- Experience in development and presentation of business cases / justifications to senior stakeholders
- Combination of technical aptitude, judgement, commercial acumen and product management skills
