The Role

The Client Experience Ambassador position is responsible for providing high level support to the Client Experience and Workplace team. You will ensure that the service offering is consistently delivered to a high standard and take an active role identifying new opportunities to improve on stakeholder interactions.

Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.
- Greet all visitors to the Aurecon office in a polite and friendly manner whilst being attentive to the needs of those around Reception and on the phone.
- Ensure clients, visitors and new starters have appropriate security passes, maintain and procure temporary & permanent staff passes and associated personnel headshots.
- Ensure meeting rooms are kept to a high standard of clean and print rooms throughout the office are kept tidy and stocked
- Assist with the coordination of events located at the Aurecon office.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors.
- Generalist office activities such as fleet and maintenance coordination
