This is a great opportunity for an experienced Concierge to join a corporate environment or a Receptionist who is looking to take that next step in their career and provide an exciting and engaging experience for all clients and internal stakeholders.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Delivering the FOH experience by being engaging, resourceful ad considerate to all internal and external clients
- Anticipating client and visitor needs and provide prompt response to requests and being able to use initiative to solve any problems.
- Supporting the Workplace Team with coordinating events e.g. EOM Celebrations.
- Always being prompt with offering support to clients, visitors and staff with any practical requirements - sorting access passes, coordinating facility repairs, ordering stationery.

**Who you are**:

- You have excellent communication skills and confident communicating with a broad range of stakeholders and able to articulate yourself very well.
- You are not precious of role responsibilities and have a positive can-do attitude to support the wider team with adhoc tasks.
- You are able to work well autonomously and are self-motivated but you're also a collaborative team player.
