The Opportunity

Responsibilities Include:

- Developing high-level timelines, resource allocation plans, and budgets for assigned projects.
- Defining high-level work package schedules for communications and campaign projects, including planning for strategic activities and marketing communications deliverables.
- Identifying interdependencies across the organization and aligning timelines to meet stakeholder needs and achieve business milestones, considering resource availability.
- Providing an overview of projects, tracking project progress, and adjusting schedules as necessary, considering organizational constraints, roadblocks, and delays.
- Facilitating stakeholder visibility and project accountability by maintaining an overview of approved timelines.
- Providing support to Global Marketing and Services for the review and approval of assigned marketing communications materials in accordance with the Global Marketing Communications Process.
- Evaluating completed product communications and campaign projects against the Global Marketing Communications Process and using insights to improve future processes, campaign deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to inform process developments in other parts of the business, ensuring alignment with the Global Marketing Communications Process and identifying optimization opportunities.

Ideal:

- Experience in a marketing environment, including communication material development and project coordination.
- Qualifications or experience in marketing, business, or communications.
- Understanding of project coordination and working within project environments.
- Familiarity with translation and graphic design processes.
