**About you**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Communications and CRM Coordinator ready to take the next step in their career. This position reports into the Head of Marketing for Maple Community Services.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in Communications or CRM or correlating Marketing Position.
- You will have a commitment and professionalism to all interactions (both internal and external).
- Demonstrated ability to think ahead and forward plan, whilst proactively suggesting new ideas in line with the business objectives
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide data-led recommendations and measure the effectiveness of digital activity.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient written communication and well-versed in working with data and preparing reports and presentations.
- Proven knowledge of communications and marketing ethics, and best practices.
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time with superior time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge and experience using Mailchimp, Salesforce and Pardot.
- You might have a strong connection working with the community or experience working with diverse Australian communities.

**As the Communications and CRM Coordinator, your role will include but not be limited to the following roles.**
- Support the marketing manager and external contractors in developing and implementing a communications strategy designed to further company objectives.
- Lead the production of key organisational publications and documents, including creative and formal business communications.
- Lead the development and provide pivotal insights into written marketing materials including web and intranet content, campaign content, marketing collateral, newsletters, and advertising activities.
- Monitor analytics and create reports detailing the successes and areas for improvement of communications campaigns and strategies.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments to communications strategies and practices.
- Lead the Marketing Department’s configuration and utilisation of Salesforce and Pardot.
- Inform the customisation of our CRM platform to meet marketing and communications requirements.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
