Over the last 75 years, our client has collectively introduced hundreds of thousands of Australians to their brand and helped grow and nurture hundreds of wineries. As a result, they are pushing the boundaries of the industry, winning multiple awards and accolades.

Due to unreal growth, they require a
**CX & CRM Lead** to redefine and optimise the brands' customer lifecycle functionality, a direct-to-consumer business with over 75 years of history.

This role is a new addition to the team, and there are tremendous growth and development opportunities to develop your career long-term.
- Supportive team with growth and development opportunities
- $120,000 - $140,000 + Super
- WFM/Hybrid Environment - (1-2 days in the office/the rest at home)

**Responsibilities**:

- Build customer lifecycle profiles that inform other marketing activities.
- Use customer insights and behavioural data to manage and deliver an ongoing customer engagement program.
- Plan, produce, and optimise triggered sends, journeys, and automations, lifecycle campaigns (covering customer acquisition, onboarding, retention, referral, and reactivation).
- Oversee loyalty program across all journeys and automations, making strategic recommendations.

What we're looking for:

- Experience in a similar role with engagement and customer platform experience - Braze and Segment experience desirable
- Robust analytics and data interpretation capabilities - Google Analytics and Mixpanel are desirable.
- Passion for customer lifecycle management and a keen interest in understanding behaviours that lead to long-term customer retention.
- Demonstrate the brand values and purpose.
