You will be responsible for some client interaction and the day to day operational duties within an award winning firm This is a perfect opportunity for someone with strong experience in financial services who wants to join a successful and highly professional but fun team.

**Role Overview**
- Work closely with a highly experience team of advisers, paraplanners and support staff
- Checking cash balances on Platforms and investing funds as per investment strategy
- Delivering exceptional client service and relationship management to HNW client base
- Manage and track Client Portfolios
- Ensuring all client related tasks are addressed in the appropriate time frame
- onboard new clients and manage relationships with existing clients
- Complete day to day operational duties
- Manage and update clients details on Xplan

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within a financial planning business
- Xplan experience
- Ideally have experience's with trades
- Experience with different product and platforms
- Strong communication skills and polished presentation
