In this role you will have the opportunity to provide superior client service, ensure compliance requirements are met for all clients, ensure internal back-office requirements are completed, support the team structure, coach & develop Client Service Officers where applicable and develop & maintain relationships with key clients.

- Ensure Client instructions are completed in an accurate & timely manner by your team- Manage, coach, and develop your team of Client Service Officers- Build & maintain operational relationships with your allocated clients- Monitor & manage all compliance requirements for your allocated clients- Complete CSA testing in accordance with the CSA testing cycle timeframes- Regularly interact with Operations, Finance, Group Risk, Legal, and Transaction Management Team- Client Connect rule and obligation management- Develop and maintain strong & effective relationships with allocated clients- Compliance with Perpetual and Client Services Team (CST) Risk Management framework, policies & procedures etc. Looks to improve / streamline policies and procedures as needed.- Participate in Team projects- Develop a sound knowledge of Trust transaction documentation- Attend industry functions as required.
To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:
- Business/Accounting/Economics/Law degree an advantage but not essential- Completed ASF Securitisation professional course and Covered Bond Workshop- Excellent client management skills and experience- Sound staff management skills- Good knowledge of the Securitisation industry- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks- Strong attention to detail- Minimum 5 years experience in Financial Services
