**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze current systems and design a strategy for adopting agile best practices
- Guide teams to stay on track with agile techniques and ensure the overall strategy is met
- Conduct agile workshops for developer and functional teams, as well as key stakeholders
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and drive cultural change
- Communicate agile principles, scrum practices, and overall operating model across the organization, starting with creating champions within IT.
- Design and develop training programs to ensure staff and users are proficient in the use of agile delivery methods and tooling solutions
- Analyse data, trends, and insights to identify potential process, people and technology related improvements

**Desirable Qualifications & Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience as Agile Coach
- Proficiency in scrum, kanban, and the scaled agile framework (SAFe)
- Track record of implementing agile techniques in diverse work cultures
- Experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Prior experience in the Logistics and Transport industry is a plus
- Expertise in digital technologies (web, mobile, and cloud solutions)
- Knowledge of software engineering principles and continuous integration
- Experience in UI/UX design and quality assurance
