Program Manage/Agile Coach I Melbourne Based I Hybrid work model

Opportunity for Program Manager/Agile Coach, 6 months contract role
- Melbourne Based
- Hybrid work model - 3 days per week
- Victoria Government experience is mandatory
- $1,000 to $1,100 per day

- You'll lead your people with the values at the centre of everything you do.
- This role will see you creating and maintain a constructive culture where you personally and your team display the styles of achievement, self-actualising, humanistic, encouraging and affiliate behaviours.
- You will have the opportunity to attract, developing and retaining outstanding employees who share our values and ambitions to be a leading organisation for an organisation.
- You'll be there leading, guiding and managing the team to foster a performance based culture and drive accountability and excellence in outcomes through coaching, mentoring and empowering team members and direct reports to develop and perform at a high level, and as an effective team.
- You'll be responsible for efficiently and effectively manage the teams budget

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in facilitating and documenting program strategy - OKRs
- Experience in standing up scaled agile based project (hopefully in government)
- Experience in developing program and board reporting
- Lead Program Increment planning
- Experience integrating agile project management and BAU activities
- Lean budgeting and resourcing planning
- Excel and power Bi skills
