**An exciting opportunity now exists to join our WA team to manage our cafe** at HMAS Stirling, **Garden** Island WA**.**

**The Navy's Anchorage** is a non-profit company that operates Canteens on Royal
Australian Navy Bases across Australia. We are passionate about and committed to

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The role is based at **HMAS Stirling, Rockingham, Western Australia**. The role is full-time and is a hands-on role as our managers support their teams by working front of house as well as overseeing all aspects of the operation.

- Consistently creating excellent customer experiences
- Effectively training and managing teams to increase capacity and performance
- Setting clear goals and objectives aligned to success and effectively articulating visions to the team creating accountability and ownership
- Proactively leading the team during service, ensuring all stations are performing effectively, the customer experience is memorable & the team are motivated
- Ensuring all processes and systems are followed and understood by the team
- Effectively managing risk & compliance & driving productivity
- Working at all stations on a daily basis to support your team

- A passion for great customer service
- A high level of coffee knowledge and trouble shooting machines
- Experience managing, inspiring and training teams in a hospitality, customer service orientated environment
- Proven ability articulating & ensuring KPIs are exceeded through managing, inspiring and training your teams effectively
- A keen focus on processes and compliance and ensuring quality every time
- Energy, flexibility & resilience with a keen focus on motivating others
- Career driven with the passion and abilities to be successful
- Proven ability to use a computer and the Microsoft suite of programs
- Experience working in a franchise model business, with ability to open a new business and drive sales.
