We're on the hunt for an outgoing assistant manager or senior shift supervisor to help us conquer the Sanctuary Cove summer. With our operation getting busier and busier & company growth and expansion as we speak, we're hiring a key player to report to our venue manager. The role will be tasked with a separate focus to ensure a smooth operation.

Your role will include all the venue essentials including day to day shift management, opening and closing venues, back of house admin (including POS maintenance), training and developing the team, assisting patrons and providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent time management & problem-solving mentality,
- 1-2 proven hospitality experience,
- strong English,
- extensive food & beverage knowledge and coffee/ barista background essential.

Trading across 7 days from 6 AM to 4 PM. Weekend availability is a must, with a set rotating roster provided. These roles are based on a 6-month probationary period.
