As the General Manager - Tourism, you will serve as a beacon of inspiration, spearheading the immersive visitor experiences that define Phillip Island Nature Parks and driving profit necessary to deliver conservation programs. Reporting directly to the CEO and operating with utmost accountability to the Board, you will be entrusted with crucial responsibility of charting the strategic course, overseeing day-to-day operations, and driving the overall development of this revered organisations tourism operations.

Drawing upon your wealth of experience in the tourism and visitor experience fields, you will harness your visionary prowess to shape the future of Phillip Island Nature Parks tourism operations. Collaborating closely with a talented team of dedicated professionals, you will inspire and empower them to deliver exceptional visitor experiences while maintaining the highest of standards of wildlife conservation, animal welfare and sustainability.
