**We are looking for our next Afternoon Shift Allocations Administrator to join our Sydney team located in Eastern Creek**

**The Opportunity**:
The successful applicant will be very experienced in large fast-paced transport business and understand the importance of providing quality on-time service to our vast customer base.

You will need to have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to immediately problem solve in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with conflicting responsibilities where time slot deliveries and pickups are critical to business success.

**What we need from you**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the transport industry
- Data entry experience
- The ability to multi-task is an absolute must.
- A desire to getting the job done in an efficient and thorough manner.
- An ability to work in a high-pressure fast-paced environment.
- An ability to work as part of a small team.
- A positive can-do attitude.
- Excellent computer skills using word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint programs.
- Exceptional planning and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment while coordinating multiple drivers and vehicles consistently.
- Excellent focus and attitude towards customer service
