In this leadership and management role, you will be committed to:

- Leading the development and implementation of regional asset and infrastructure strategies that enhance operational readiness and future resilience
- Building strong, collaborative relationships across regional, district and state teams to inform investment priorities and contribute to statewide planning
- Driving improvements to asset management systems and practices, enabling data-driven decision-making and effective service delivery

**Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience in fleet, fire tower and airbase asset management, and/or working with asset management IT systems (desirable).

**This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within** **Barwon South West Region with hybrid work arrangements available.**
