**The Company**
Our client is a fantastic Mid-Tier Accounting practice, located on St Kilda Road. Due to a long-term employee retiring, an exciting opportunity has become available in the Audit team.
**The Opportunity**
You will be joining a team of 8 as an Administration Coordinator.
**Your duties may include**:
- General administration
- Processing of mail - incoming and outgoing
- Liaison with clients
- Answering calls
- Appointment and diary management
- General correspondence
- Client invoicing using APS software
- Database maintenance and management
- Assisting Debtor management
**About You**
- Previous experience working within an Accounting
- Experience within Audit would be advantageous
- Ability to use APS software would be highly regarded
- Techy savvy and able to adapt to new systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good attention to detail
- Able to build rapport with clients
