As a **Customer Service Operator,** you’ll be part of an organisation delivering meaningful services in an environment that values challenge, opportunity and reward.

**Working onsite in our Call Centre in East Perth** or at one of our **Information Centres located in Perth CBD**, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.

At Serco, creating a consistent, professional and positive customer experience is at the heart of everything we do.

As a Customer Service Operator, you’ll make a real difference by:

- Assisting Perth metropolitan public transport passengers by providing up to date travel information in a timely and efficient manner

- Handling Face to Face interactions with our customer

- Responding to inbound customer enquiries/phone calls in a timely and efficient manner.

We have opportunities available in both face-to-face and contact centre environments or, if you thrive on variety, there may even be the potential to enjoy a blend of both.

Our operational hours are:

- Monday to Thursday: 5:00am - 12:30am

- Friday & Saturday: 5:00am - 2:00am

- Sunday: 5:00am - 12:00am

- Cash handling experience (desirable)

- A current National Police Clearance (required)
