**As a member the Retail Customer Service Team, you will play a pivotal role in providing excellent service to our retail customers upon purchasing minted products. Your primary responsibility is to effectively manage customer orders and enquiries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process. This is a 6 month casual contract with potential opportunity for extension or permanency, working within a fun, vibrant and inclusive team.**

**Your role as an Officer Customer Service Retail will involve**:

- Develop an in-depth knowledge of The Perth Mint products to provide customers with accurate and detailed information
- Monitor order progress by ensuring payments are received, orders dispatched within appropriate timeframes, tracking shipments, processing returns and refunds, and collaborating with internal teams
- Handle and record customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experience
- Ensure own safety and health at work and avoid adversely affecting the safety or health of any other person through any act or omission at work

**Experience**:

- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail ensuring accuracy
- A customer-focused mindset, dedicated to providing high-quality service and building strong relationships
- A proactive problem-solver with the ability to handle and resolve issues independently
- Experience in customer service
- Proficient computer skills are necessary
- A collaborative team player, open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
- Possess a smartphone for the purpose of business system authentication and security protocols
