Exciting opportunity to join a well-respected law firm specialising in Commercial and Property Law

**Your new company**
Our client is a boutique Gold Coast law firm working with high-profile clients. They have an excellent reputation and are known for their positive work culture and progression. A rare opportunity has arisen for a Commercial and Property Law Paralegal to join their high performing team. This is an exciting role as you will receive training and development in the Commercial and Property Law space and be provided with natural progression opportunities.

The existing Paralegal has stepped into a further senior role and this illustrates the potential with this firm.

**Your new role**
Your new role will see you supporting a team of Commercial and Property lawyers on a variety of matters. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparation of briefs and correspondence
- Diary management
- File management
- Dictation
- Client liaison
- Working one on one with a lawyer on different matters
- Providing any other administrative ad-hoc tasks to the wider team

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered you will demonstrate the following:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal in Commercial and Property law
- Impeccable communication skills
- Professional presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
