As an F&B Supervisor, you deliver top-notch food and beverage service, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for guests. Your attention to detail and friendly approach help create an energetic atmosphere. Join us in bringing energy and excellence to our events

**The Position**:

- Coordinate daily operations and team rosters for the front of house team.
- Oversee a variety of duties in the new function centre to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead the team to deliver high-quality, exceptional customer service.
- Foster team commitment, cooperation, and performance.
- Manage guest grievances and assist with ordering as needed, covering day and evening shifts.

**The Person**:

- Approved Managers Card
- Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in a similar role.
- Flexible and available to work various shifts, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service, products, and safety standards.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and committed to infection control principles.
- Willingness to obtain an approved Managers card and a National Police Check.
