**The Role**:
This role is hands on, and you will be expected to energise and develop the team by leading from the front. As well as being an experienced F&B Manager with customer service as a priority, you will also need to have a head for financials and an ability to lead and develop a team. Experience in high volume food and beverage establishments, functions and events is prefered. This venue is multi-faceted and requires a Manager who can think on their feet and handle many tasks simultaneously. You will need a desire and ability to effectively balance day to day management with driving business development.

**What you can bring**:

- At least 3 years Management experience in a similar fast paced environment as Senior Assistant/Operations/Venue Manager
- Solutions focused and strong leadership
- Passion for always making the members happy, this is a non-negotiable
- Excellent wine knowledge and experience with high volume bar and food service
- The ability to build strong relationships with all departments of the facility
- Financial acumen fitting of an experienced Manager including COGS and labour control
- Experience in recruiting and managing an amazing team
- High personal presentation standards
- Incredible eye for detail and presentation standards
