Permanent, part time role within a very small finance team, based here in Melbourne. Melbourne is one of several global offices, reporting to the US. It would be encouraged that you go into the office to immerse yourself into the new culture and get to know your team while you're learning, but you also have the option to work from home as often as you like.

Due to the low turnover of the permanent staff, there is a family feel within the office within the realms of professionalism. No day is ever the same due to project nature of the business.

**The role **is unique and is expected to evolve as the company continues to grow.
- Manage Payroll system
- Payroll integration with Finance and Resource scheduling systems
- Oversee all requirements for processing monthly pays
- Perform all monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations for payroll and ancillary costs such as Payroll Tax, WorkCover etc
- Develop and deliver statistical analysis reports for managers and executives
- Create strong relationships with stakeholders and manage any queries.

This role reports to a Melbourne based Finance Manager who is supportive, personable and doesn't micro-manage.

- Strong payroll skills, ideally having been through a change of software as the system is still relatively new
- The get up and go to self motivate each day
- Passion to work towards team goals
