**What we expect from you**:

- Degree qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage negotiations
- Experience in the development and management of large proposals
- Ability to communicate to senior internal and external stakeholders
- High-level business and commercial acumen
- Proven experience with pricing high-value proposals
- Experience working with commercial manager in developing annualized charging strategies with the use of financial modelling
- Experience working in multidisciplinary organisations and in roles that require the coordination of multiple inputs
- Knowledge and experience with relevant database systems, particularly CRM (e.g., Salesforce) preferable
