We are looking for a passionate person to execute our Sustainability Strategy and lead the organisation with communication and collaboration to ensure Lindt’s sustainability plan is delivered. This role will be based in our Sydney office.

**_ About the role:_**
The primary responsibility of this role will be to develop, lead and implement Lindt Australia’s Sustainability strategy and to oversee the local execution of the Groups Lindt & Sprüngli Sustainability Plan.
This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to drive change to implement Group wide strategies and implement local projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the sustainability strategy and ensure alignment with group targets.
- Identify opportunities and areas for further development within the local business.
- Share progress on the sustainability roadmap with the Executive team and Decarbonisation Steering Committee.
- Educate functional leaders to drive behavioural change required to support the sustainability agenda.
- Work collaboratively to develop a prioritised roadmap to ensure project initiatives are able to progress.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to review holistic performance and align project plans.

- Previous experience within the sustainability field
- Previous experience successfully leading projects
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
- Comfortable working autonomously and highly self-motivated
- Superior organisational skills
- Tertiary qualifications in sustainability or a related field
