An exciting opportunity exists to join our Scoresby-based safety product and installation company.
We are currently seeking an Customer Service Support to join our friendly and expanding team.
**Key Duties and responsibilities include**:
- First point of contact for end-to-end Online Sales related enquiries
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and the Safety Xpress team as required to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Responsible for all communication relating to online customer questions and orders that require special attention.
- Liaise with procurement and advise internal teams / customers of updated stock ETA’S.
- Support sales team in answering overflow of incoming calls in a prompt, friendly and efficient manner.
- Recognise and refer possible leads to Sales Representatives.
- Liaising with the purchasing, accounts and marketing teams and delivery partners efficiently.
- Ongoing development and maintenance of company’s standard operating procedures for online sales\
- Continuous implementation of process improvements for managing online sales efficiently
- Reporting and Analyzing data.
**To be successful in this role you will possess the following**:
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experience in a fast paced work environment
- High level administrative and organizational skill with a proven ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- A bright, positive, and willing nature with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate around web-based e-commerce platforms.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
- Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
- Good Time Management and Organizational skills
- Adequate computer skills and knowledge of MS Office

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
