The JPL Group incorporates Prouds the Jewellers, Angus & Coote and Goldmark stores across Australia with over 450 stores and 4,500 Team Members nationwide. As Australia's largest family owned Jewellery retailer, we pride ourselves on our high standards and drive for success.

Reporting to the Group Distributions Manager, the Group Shipping Clerk supports the International Cargo Manager and lease with the Buying, Warehouse and DC Department.

Your role and responsibilities will consist but are not limited to:

- Support the supply chain team by preparing and completing all documentation relating to import and export of goods including compliance obligations and requirements.
- Co-ordinate and undertake international freight including air and/or sea freight shipments, export processes and documentation as required including leading of communication with international stakeholders
- Provide supplier invoices to Merchandising Team to create costing sheet
- Ensure shipping documentations from suppliers are complete, including airway bills, certificates of origins, invoices and packing lists.
- Validate freight or courier charges against invoices.
- Liaise with the Merchandising Team to send tickets for Purchase Orders
- Liaise with the DC and suppliers on shipping details for returned faulty stock.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders.
- General ad-hoc and administration duties as per required.
- Daily replenishment of stock including general picking.

**Key competencies to succeed in the role include**:

- Experience in import/export and freight/ cargo activities.
- Experience in the provision of high quality administrative support.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
