**Youngs WA** has an exciting opportunity for a **Customer Communication Centre Specialist** to join our Used Vehicle Sales team

**Role**:
As a Customer Communication Centre Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling all incoming phone and internet sales enquiries for our used vehicle team. You'll engage with customers, purchase and sell vehicles over the phone and online, and appoint customers to the showroom sales professionals.

To be successful in the role you will need:

- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Highly personable with a helpful and bright phone manner, as well as articulate with the ability to quickly establish rapport.
- Self-motivation with a desire to meet and exceed targets and KPI's.
- Focus on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations.
- Computer literacy with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Full WA Drivers Licence.
- Sales or Call Centre experience is highly regarded.
