One of the Esteemed Clients in **Sydney, NSW** is hiring a "**Enterprise Risk Manager**" for a duration contract. **Title-** Enterprise Risk Manager **Location**: - Sydney, NSW **Working Arrangement - **Onsite, however remote working arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis. **Opportunity type-** Contract **Role**: The Risk Manager will be responsible for implementing the enterprise risk framework across the organisation. This role requires demonstrated insight, analysis and an understanding of risk management, policies and associated processes. This role involves championing a risk management awareness culture across the organisation through the effective use of evaluation and monitoring metrics. The Risk Manager will ensure clarity on risk definition, appetite, controls and reporting mechanisms. **Duties of the position**: The key duties of this position include: - Liaise effectively with functions within NIDA to identify, assess, advise on, and ensure risks are appropriately captured, evaluated and managed. - Assist in conducting due diligence and screening on potential risk areas under the guidance of the CXO. - Working with the CXO to prepare, update and manage the Risk Management Strategy (RMS), the Risk Appetite Statement (RAS), the Enterprise Risk Management framework (ERM) and associated policies and processes. - Working with the CXO to provide robust qualitative and quantitative financial analysis and modelling to support informed decision making. - Communicating qualitative and financial analysis clearly in written and verbal presentations and investment papers, in a cultural appropriate context setting. - Establish a risk community of excellence to champion pro-active risk management for meaningful change in NIDA. - Articulate key operational, strategic and financial risks and mitigation strategies. **Job Type**: Contract Contract length: 6 months **Salary**: $650.00 - $700.00 per day Schedule: - 8 hour shift Application Question(s): - Are you authorised to work in Australia?
