**Your responsibilities in your new position**:

- ** Strategy Development**: Guide and advocate for the strategy development and implementation process and findings internally and externally to help drive alignment
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**: Maintain a strong profile in key internal and external stakeholder networks by building and maintaining stakeholder confidence and partnerships
- Identify as a First Nations person, or alternatively, delegated authority by First Nations elders to speak on behalf of First Nations communities
- Previous experience at a senior executive level and strongly experienced in engaging with and influencing stakeholders
- Broad, diverse expertise in First Nations matters, issues and priorities, across different sectors
- Experience in organisational strategy and action plan development
