**Permanent Part Time Duty Manager**

**Kings Beach Surf Club,** overlooking the iconic Kings Beach Pool is known for its quality meals, great customer service and amazing views.

The Club is seeking an experienced career-minded Permanent Part Time Duty Manager, approximately 30 hours per week, to be a core part of the operations and ongoing growth.

This role will report to the Operations Manager and will manage the day to day operations for the bar, bistro, and gaming departments. This position will monitor and control department KPI’s; prepare and analyse weekly gaming reports, manage daily cash floats, assist with enquiries and conduct staff training and development.

This role requires flexible work hours including; nights, weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.

**Essential Criteria**
- Minimum 3 years hospitality experience;
- Minimum 2 years management experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge of current legislation/regulations in the Club Industry;
- Experience in Gaming Machine management;
- Experience in Restaurant and Function management;
- Current QLD RSA & RSG;
- Current RMLV;
- Have, or have the ability to obtain, an Approved Managers Licence;
- and
- Current Australian Drivers’ Licence and reliable vehicle.
