To maintain the development pipeline of our leaders, we have identified the opportunity to increase our full-time Duty Management Team, by recruiting **an experienced** full-time **Duty Manager**.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be expected to demonstrate our Ettalong Diggers values daily, particularly seeking to contribute to building a positive and passionate culture through **your effective leadership**.

**What are some of the key things that we need from you?**
- Compliance with the relevant Acts (Registered Clubs Act; Liquor Act; Food Act and Food Handling; RSA; RCG and Gaming Regulations)
- Ample roster coverage for the provision of customer service excellence and interaction with our patrons daily
- Excellent conflict management skills
- You’ll be an excellent motivator, leader and have a hands-on approach ensuring that you will always lead by example
- Ensure that our entire Club operations run smoothly each day
- Maintaining consistently high standards of professional conduct and work performance across all aspects of your role
- Professionally presented with excellent grooming and presentation standards
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and thrive on working as part of a team
- Be an excellent communicator; organised and have perfected the art of time management
- You can hold those difficult conversations

You will be ready to hit the ground running, displaying a happy and positive approach in all that you do. You must be motivated, ready for a challenge and have a passion for hospitality.

Previous experience in the Club industry is an advantage, however not essential; your ability to fit with our **positive and passionate culture** is our top priority as we value your attitude and commitment most of all

**The role requires: -**
- A current NSW RSA and RCG Competency Card (mandatory)
- Certificate IV in Hospitality/Leadership or similar (desirable)
- First Aid and CPR Certifications (mandatory / willing to obtain prior)
- You to be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive operational experience including Beverage and Gaming
- The ability to provide detailed reports - sound computer literacy skills
- Your own reliable mode of transport to get you to and from work _(due to the requirement to work on a rotating roster)_
- The ability to work on a 4-week rotating roster with early starts, mid-shifts, and close shifts - we ask for flexibility regarding days off, working public holidays and school holiday periods
- Be physically fit and be able to manoeuvre heavy items at times
- Ettalong Diggers maintains a board approved mandatory vaccination policy for all patrons and staff, and therefore it is a mandatory requirement to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
