Our client is looking for their next Duty Manager to join their fun and outstanding team, that will help set a customary desire and enthusiasm to deliver. The award winning venue is perfectly positioned in a prime location at Mermaid Beach.

**About the role**:
Our client is looking for a Duty Manager who can oversee the coordination of their restaurant, bar and gaming floor that has TAB and Keno facilities while maintaining a high level of customer service and attention to detail.

As a Duty Manager you will be a centra part of the food, beverage and gaming team that will help set standards by displaying a passion and motivation to deliver but also keeping the connection with both your customers and your team. You must also bring the following to the table:

- Restaurant/ club/ pub management experience
- Impeccable presentation
- Likely communication and customer service skills
- A passion for the job
- Current RSA & RCG
- Approved managers licence
- Be a dedicated employee
- High attention to detail
- Common sense
