The Role - 12 month max term full time contract in Leichhardt
As the Bank Reconciliation Officer, you will provide high quality service to internal and external stakeholders for all ForHealth Medical Centres.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of bank statements and receipt journals
- Reconciliation of payments from PMS receipts versus bank statements
- Posting petty cash/other journals
- Management of shared mailed boxes
- Month end report
- Administration Duties
Experience & attributes
- Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role
- Graduate/master’s in accounting/finance
- Customer service skills
- Proficient in SAP
- Accounting, computer and administration skills
- Attention to details, thoroughness & time management
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Proficient in multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
- Strong problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills
