The Role

We are looking for an experienced P & C Shared Services Coordinator to be based out of our Centre of Excellence in Leichhardt working in a hybrid model for a 12-month fixed term contract. Our business and teams are transforming and growing and will see you providing a quality shared services experience to all stakeholders while working within a team.

The Tasks
- Working collaboratively in a team environment supporting the Shared Services team and providing outstanding assistance to stakeholders
- Support the Shared Services team in actioning employee life-cycle activities such as contract generation, change to employment arrangements, statement of service documents, reporting and other administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate master data utilising company HRIS system including payroll information, personal information, leave etc
- Keep information relevant and up to date with attention to detail across systems
- Redirect HR-related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person in the team
- Maintaining VISA compliance and work requirements of new and existing employees
- Ensure all documentation complies with HR policies and revising with consultation if required
- Provide general administrative support and assist in the daily operations of the M&A projects
- Maintain and integrate confidential employee records, generating contracts, processing time-sensitive paperwork, and assisting with the smooth onboarding process of the employees through the transition
- Experience and passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building quality working relationships
- Demonstrated proactivity and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative team player with enthusiasm and commitment to learn, grow and develop
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is preferred
- Proven experience working in P&C shared services function and M&A projects
- Strong attention to detail and follow through
- Experience in HRIS system - Dayforce is beneficial but essential
