The Role
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for providing effective advice and support to hiring managers across the business for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring compliance to policies, procedures, and legislative requirements at all times. By partnering with the hiring managers to achieve strategic goals around talent acquisition and promoting a diverse workforce that champion the business values and vision. You will enjoy a Hybrid work culture with some days in our Leichhardt Head office working with a supportive and highly effective team.
About You
- 1 year relevant experience preferred
- Qualification in relevant field of study
- Customer service orientated
Key Responsibilities
- Experience recruiting high-volume front-line roles
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Excellent communication skills and highly service orientated
